Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy describes activities that are prohibited when using Workser Business and Workser Desktop (together, the “Services”). It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not use the Services to:

Violate applicable law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security controls, sandbox isolation, rate limits, or access-control mechanisms.
Use an AI agent to attempt prompt injection, data exfiltration, or to access systems, accounts, or data you don’t own or haven’t been authorized to access.
Use computer-use or Orbit capabilities on a device or account you aren’t authorized to control.
Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), or use connected integrations to do so on a third party’s behalf without their consent.
Generate or distribute malware, or use the Services to conduct attacks against other systems.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or organization.
Reverse-engineer the Services beyond what applicable law expressly permits.
Resell or provide the Services to third parties without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by your plan.
Use the Services to build a competing product by systematically extracting our AI agent orchestration, sandboxing, or workflow engine implementation.

3. AI-specific use restrictions

Don’t direct an AI Employee or computer-use agent to take an action you wouldn’t take yourself with the same authorization — the agent acting on your behalf doesn’t change what’s permitted. Don’t grant an agent access to systems or data where an error would cause harm you’re not prepared to accept, and review computer-use approval prompts before confirming them rather than approving automatically.

4. Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is violating this policy, contact support@workser.ai.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of your account, consistent with our Terms of Service.
